Default Parts diagram for 48-inch front blade

Can anyone find a parts diagram for the 48-inch front blade for the X500? I searched jdparts.com and can't find it. I'd like to see a picture of the pin that locks or unlocks the springs on the blade. When I put the blade on yesterday I noticed that the pin was in two pieces. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be that way or not. At the end of the pin there is almost a patern that matches the one on the very tip that may be broken off. This pin isn't supposed to be in two pieces (with the tip piece being less than a half inch long) is it?

There was a discussion about this a few weeks ago... I couldn't find it, so try this http://boonespower.wss-pro.com/pages...121C1408900001 If this doesn't help, let me know and I'll go take some pics for you tomorrow.

You mean this? In JD Parts don't look under attachments open up the sectional for the GT and you'll find it listed there.

Yeah that's it, thanks for finding it. In the picture it does look like there is a separation at the end of the pin. I've put the blade on 3 or 4 times now and never noticed it before. I had a hard time getting the pin seated and then when I was pushing some brush around I hit something and it tripped the springs. I'll have to take a closer look at it today.

I was able to find that thread and found that it's a shear pin so I must have hit something when I was using it last spring to push brush and snapped it. Probably a small tree stump hidden by the pile. Looks like a good reason to visit the JD dealer, I needed to go anyway to get my blades sharpened.

Thanks for all of the help.

I think your looking at a part that is less than 10 bucks.

This pin is $6 +change under $7 dollars..The pin behind it is the same size that I bought at a farm store in my area,I just have to drill the tip holes bigger so it snaps under pressure...
