Default Letz Corn Grinder

Anyone know anything about a Letz Corn Grinder? Someone offered me one today for $25. It is the PTO version and has been stored inside all it's life. I need all the ammo I can produce so I can take it to my PLO (Personal Loan Officer).
I could use a photo or two to show her, if anyone has one! I think it's a model 220X.

Dasch! If you can use one--- for $25.00, jump on it!, Letz was if I remember right, taken over by john deere, or was a division of deere! It would be the "burr" type grinder, as opposed to a hammermill type. Burr is better, less wasted feed while grinding. We had one many years ago but I 'm sorry I don't have a pic. of one!! thanks ; sonny

I'd get it if it works. Heck if you don't use it restore it and sell it.

I managed to find the $25 for it! Still don't have it home, but will in a few days! At least it's paid for! Have to find a manual somewhere, now! Thanks, guys!

Now you can "chew" the chicken feed for them!!!!!! The goats will be able to shovel it down faster too,----Nothin' funnier than watchin' goats eat fine ground corn!!! you will see what I mean when you do it!!!

The Letz is a grinder in which it compresses grains between two plates that are turning and these grind the grain into smaller pieces. The hammer mill has a rotating shaft with bars attached along the center and these bars have a larger opposite end, as the shaft is turned, grain is fed in and the hammers beat the grain into powder and small pieces.
