If it's in restored condition, not just painted, the price isn't bad. The FEL would probably bring $1200.00 - $1500.00 by its self. Check to see if it has the 1" front spindles(the 3/4" spindles tend to wear out fast with an FEL). I know you can attach a mower deck to it but you'll probably have to remove the FEL. I know a rear PTO was optional on some D tractors, but it would be easy to see if this has one. Of course if it'll have to have a 3pt hitch to get any use out of a rear PTO.
As for parts, it's a 36 year old tractor thats not made anymore. About all the parts you'll find will be used, but they are out there if you look.
Hope this helps.

That is a pretty good price for a D series tractor with a FEL, you would be better off finding a different tractor for mowing or finding a rear mount mower since you would probably need to remove the FEL to get a mower deck underneath it. I just picked up a couple d200 tractors and they both have rear pto and 3 point lift they also came with about every attachment I found them on craigslist so as far as parts availability and attachments try craigslist or ebay. Here are some pictures of the attachments I picked up (mowing deck, snow/dirt blade, grader blade, rototiller, wheel horse brush hog mower) I may be selling some of these in the near future.
