Talking I am todays lucky winner!

wo im driving home from work today and what do i see? a snow blower attachment for a jd garden tractor
total price? $0.00



it needs a lift rod and a nice coat of paint and shell be good as new, now its gotta start snowing again

would anybody off hand know the correct lift rod? the one for my plow is about 6-8 inches to short and its the only one i can find in the jd online parts catalog

looks to be off a 200 series....if you mean the front lift rod they are pretty common about 50 bucks for one on ebay

thanks guys im exited to get it looking good again, it works but theres a bad bearing somewhere, its making alot of noise, greased everything up tried it and it goes great! im gonna tear into it this weekend and see what i got myself into. ill keep you posted on what i find.
im not sure whats it off of but it dropped right on my 110

yeah haha the sign was the side of a cardboard box, it you can see its all torn off on one side. im a happy camper now i got my blower, to bad were probably not gonna get any more snow this season

well wednesday night ill be doing the snow dance so well see what happens i gotta get the lift arm strap for the blower, i called the dealer today and the lift arm is universal but each attachment has its oen end i have to get the right one. i bet i could make one though


does anybody else with a blower want to be nice enough to post up a pic of the linkage on your tractor? id like to get a good pic

im pretty exited now, i found the linkage i needed kickin around in the garage! well almost, it was the right thing just to short, so i made it longer and i now have a running working snow blower. but its ugly. im thinking im going to fab up a helper spring it seems like an aweful lot of weight on the lift mechinism. pics to follow shortly
