I have a JD345 with the 20HP Kawasaki and recently after running out of gas I started having power issues, I'm assuming some junk got in the carburetor and it needs to be cleaned out. Can someone point me to where I can find the manual for the this engine. I have been all over google and JD and Kawasaki and can not find a manual for the engine. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also any ideas where to get a rebuild kit for the carburetor. Local JD shop said they didn't carry it.

They are for sale on JDs site. No free service manual.

Might try finding a kawasaki one.

Thanks for all the replies on the Manual :-) now does anyone know where I can get the rebuild kit from?

Call the folks over at ordertree.com 877-500-7499 They show the exploded view in the IPL but don't call out a kit. Have your carb part no. 15001-2687 handy and they should be able to find a kit if one exists. If they can't help send me any name and numbers on the carb itself and I will see what I can dig up for you...or visit http://www.kawasaki.com/site/DLDeale...RLFrom=kawpowr and locate a local dealer...hope this helps....Todd
