Default Any advice on a cub 2160?

Looking for any advice on a cub 2160....its 400 miles away and just seen a few pics. Its got 450 hours on it, 46 inch deck, 40 inch blower, and rear bagger attachment. Guy says it runs great, gotta few scratches, but nice shape. Deck has just been overhauled, the blower was gone thru last winter.
Its priced at 1500 dollars...not really worried about a few hundred dollars here or there...but is it worth that? Its a "get on it and go to work machine"...it needs nothing. I'm mainly interested in it for snowblower duty...any comments? any advice?....i gotta do this in the next day or so if i'm gonna do it....I know nothing about the 2160 models....is that alot of hours for this machine? How many hours can i expect to get out of it? Its a 1997 model if that makes any diff.

Thanks

The 2160 was made from 1994 till 1997 It was actaully Caled the AGS2160 because it had a 6speed auto gear transmission. It also Has a 16hp Briggs Vanguard V-Twin You could get a 46 or 48inch deck for it. The 2160 is basicly the older Brother of the Current 2500 series minus the Cast Iron Trans with the 46inch deck the tractors weight is 623Lbs
Other Optional attachment for it was a 28inch PTO driven tiller with electric lift as well as a 42inch Dozer Blade. The Current Attachment for the 2500 series will fit on the Tractor ie the 30inch Hydraulic tiller ,electric lift sleeve Hitch,42inch Blade or snow blower. I have a little bit newer model which is a 2002 2206 wqhich has a Hydrostatic trans and it has Performed Flawlessly since new. It is mostly used to Till with the 30inch Hydralic tiller or My wife will Mow with it when I'm out of the Country for my Job. It's actually her tractor. The 2000 series GT are great mid level Shaft driven Garden tractors. The 2160 at MSRP with a 46inch deck went for $3,099 New. The 40inch Snow Blower at MSRP went for $999.00 and the tripple Rear Bagger for the 46inch deck went for $819.00 new at MSRP. So At MSRP he paid $4,917. For the hours it seems like a Fair Price for $1,500. I think we have about 647hrs on are 2206 right now only thing that been replaced on are 2206 is front tire wife Ran over a Rake. Well if you decide to get it make sure you post some pictures for us on the forum. Good Luck

Thanks for the info Sergeant.
I've decided to stick with my original plan and hold out for a hydro. I've got a nice 682 and love how it handles. Been on the search for a hydro/snowblower the past year, just havn't found the right deal. After thinking about it, the AGS is close, but not exactly what i want. I know how things work, as soon as i settle, the right machine will come along. Thanks again for the info.
