I have managed to acquire, in just the space of two weeks, both a Jacobsen Lawn Queen 21 and a Manor 21 reel mower. They are in fine shape, with nearly all the original paint and should clean up nicely.

I previously got the manual for the 321 engine (when I bought an old rotary Jac) but now need the manuals for these.

The Lawn Queen is dated at 1964 and the Manor 21 is 1968.

Both have no spark, so the flywheels will be coming off.

Nice machines!

Fortunately, manuals for these machines pop up on Ebay (especially for LQ) from time to time more often than you would think. http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=jac...sacat=0&bkBtn=

Good luck on getting them going and post any questions you have along the way and we'll try and help out as best we can. They are fun machines.

I was hopping for a pdf copy of one or both of these. I know they're out thre! I saw a guy a while back who had the manual for the Manor 21. I PM'ed him for a copy but haven't heard back yet.

I can figure most of it out, but I don't want to make a costly error.

I have a manor 21 manual. I got it from a lady on craigslist for free.

Ask and you shall receive (for some things).

Scan twice and resize in photoshop each page. This might take me a long time. Or I need to figure a different way, I'm also on dial up.

That is weird, it would not let me edit my previous post and add to it. I was hoping to have it all in one line. Here are a few more pages. The whole manual is 16 pages.
