A lot of use use tillers for our garden. It's an invaluable too in preparing the garden for planting, and for getting it ready for it's Winter sleep. They come in different sizes, styles and power. Here's a link to some from yesteryear...

Mikey,
If you go to the bottom of the "American" page, above, you will see other countries listed. Click on them for more tillers from Europe. Here's another site.
http://www.homestead.com/rototiller4/Rototiller.html Mikey, it is strange that Bolens isn't represented with lots of pics and text. They were a main player.... Uncle Greg |

That's interesting. This Chore Master is the same as my David Bradley.
![]() Mine: (With only the original gas tank, engine is one I put on it.) ![]() My Engine Manual: (What the original engine looks like execpt mine has the extended intake manifold which raises the filter up higher like the one in the Choremaster Picture.) ![]() |

I'll say, Curt.
Either one could cause you to lose a lot of weight real fast trying to manhandle it around the garden...if that's possible...Rock n Roll! ROF ROF Uncle Greg |

I am having a heck of a time identifying this tiller. It was made for J.C. Penney, has an 8hp B&S engine and a serial number (tiller) of 3032 8. It is an orange/yellow color mid tine tiller.
Any help in finding out who manufactured it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sim Last edited by rhymn001 : 01-28-2009 at 01:46 AM. |

Good post. Thank you. When I was growing up we had one of the old wizards and it would wear you out if you ever got it started.
