Well on Sunday, my dad and i drove to worcester to meet up james, or GT_80
to exchange some tires and wheels.

Before i talk about the stuff i got, i would like to say that james is a really nice guy who has a totally rad gmc jimmy

and was a pleasure to meet

so i got a mounted set of 23x10 or 10.5's and a set of 23x9 or 9.5's. i will keep the 9's as spares for now. i put the 10's on for pulling purposes and they look killer!

thanks again james for the deal!!!

before, with 22.5x8.5-12's

for a side by side comparison. the 8.5 vs the 10 or 10.5

and finally, with both the 10's mounted

it does look good. wider tires almost always look better

Looks good!! Glad to help out a fellow MTF'er!! Glad you like the tires and my truck too ! I was leary of putting the tires in your dads car, but he didn't seem to mind, and glad he liked my truck too!

I like your 'weight bracket' is that a 3/4" pipe mount on a bent piece of steel to receive lifting weights? nice ingenuity!! I made one last week out of an old computer case and some concrete to go on my 3 point. look through my threads for it.

yah my dad works for bmw so thats just a loaner haha.

my dad is a big car guy, and really appreciated the whole industry. he had a 70's jeep cj5 as a teen i think, so he likes the small pre-suv car genre as well as the european stuff
