That looks to be in great conditoin. I might be the only one, but I doubt it, that would like to see larger pictures of attachment section. It might us to repair or restore what we have as well as give us ideas for other attachments.

Did anyone go to that site, and check out the 69' line up.
Anyone notice the prices? In 69', a loaded 427 vette was $6000. The 1455 was $1500. A vette today is $65,000. that would be $15,125 by todays prices. Ouch!!! That was expensive.

The scary thing is now you have to spend almost 15k to get a decent garden tractor nowadays.

15 K is right and that is what I tell the wife each time I go for a few more parts. In the top pic the two tractors on the left have a turned out spot in the hood on the right side as you face the tractor. What is that there for?

I would like to request that anyone with these type of old manuals scan them in with a color scanner and submit them. They are invaluable research materials.

Another member is sending me some Bolens price lists he has and I'll scan them in and post them for him. This morning I submitted the Bolens Tractor Models and Specifications document that I believe Sonny's used to create their Tractor ID pages. It covers 1949 to 1994. Also, if anyone remembers the tube frame dates chart I posted last week, I've updated it with the 800 information from our discussion, created additional charts for all the Bolens tractors mentioned in the "Tractor Models and Specifications" document, and am adding engine information. Once the engine info is done, and I spend a few hours checking for data entry errors, I'll post the result.
