I was given a Troy Bilt Horse (I think it was made in 1973). The Lauson carb leaks out of the carb air inlet. It drips about 1 time per second. The more fuel in the tank the faster it drips.
The float (copper) is fine with no fuel or water in it.
I just replaced the needle and rubber seat attached to the float. With the bowl off I could easily shut off the fuel using the float.
The thing continues to drip.
Any ideas how to fix this problem?
