Ford 1510 Connecting Rods

Hello all,
I recently picked up a Ford 1510 with a Shibaura k773 showing 555hrs that I knew needed some motor work. Ive got it torn down and am having trouble finding new connecting rods from the dealer. It ate the bearing and rod on #2 and turned the crank a pretty blue colour. I found a reference to a service bulletin concerning connecting rods out of spec from the factory so I am a little leary of purchasing used ones unless I know what unit/serial # they came out of. Does anyone have a source for connecting rods for this engine (part #SBA115206171 or 170)? I am also looking for a copy of the actual service bulletin if anyone has that as well.
