The Magnificent

It was a while ago, someone brought up a dolly for suitcase weights.
I asked Greg if the idea had gone anywhere. Well, in-fact, he had made a custom for someone who wound up going a different direction. So, he offered me a deal on it, and my youngest daughter painted it today. For a tiny 8 year old she is very industrious, and amazes me when she outworks her older brother and sister. I call her "Iron Bunny" when she's out helping me with stuff in the garage, and since it's Easter day, and the uprights on the dolly reminded her of bunny ears, we named it the "Iron Bunny Weight Dolly". She picked the color. The dolly holds 10 suitcase weights, and I am going to modify it to hang two each 70lb cast iron weights, and two each 30lb cast iron weights. I'll add a pair of locking casters as well later. What do you think?

jpa2002,
You may want to have a look at this: This will hold 8 weights without the Heavy Hitch or it will hold the Heavy Hitch and the weights on the hitch together |

Are the support rods going to be on the new design? The ones that hold the heavy hitch up when stored, like on the original storage rack?
Thanks Jon

Nope, the hitch will sit on the bar where the weights would go when you're using the hitch alone and don't need the weights.

OK jpa2002, I'll try and get some in the morning. Basically, the bar that would normally hold the weights replaces the uprights on the old design.
