I would just look on the tire itself but my wheel weights are hiding the info on the side wall. Is the 10.5" the width tread to tread or the width from bead to bead?

Both tire measurements are wrong, they give the width of the rim, not the diameter. The front tires are 16x6.50-8 and rear are 23x10.50-12.
