I became a site supporter and paid using paypal.
It is set up so that it will automatically renew every year and I don't really want that. If I cancel the subscrition with paypal will that casue me to lose what I already paid for?

Hey, farmerall
You're fine with your current subscription. Your account reflects paid through 04-04-2013 We have heard concerns from other members and Pay Pal about this before. I can't recall the exact 'fix' but I remember there is a way to opt out of their automatic withdraw by contacting them through email. Thank you for your support and contribution to MTF. |

You can cancel PayPal subscriptions from your PayPal account website. I remember it was a little tricky to find the subscriptions at first so make sure to look in every setting and option.

The site supporter payment is automatically set up as a annual subscription with Paypal when you initially donate. At the one year date another $20 is automatically billed to your credit card or taken from your account, depending on how you set up your Paypal account (without receiving the normal notification email, by the way.) You can access all of your subscriptions through your Paypal account screen where you can then cancel at any time.
