I am about to build a tricycle style garden tractor and need help. I have a few ideas as to how the front "yoke" should be designed. All I need is someone that has done it before to give some advice and closeup pics. I want to build a dual wheel front tricyle with wheel camber. I plan to use the wheels in the link. Also, I want to use barstock and pipe, unless someone can provide a simpler or better way that I like.
Contact Brandon Pfeiffer at Hapco Inc. (812) 480-0194/(812) 985-7640, or Jim and Judy Miles (765) 857-2356 for narrow front kits, also go to the Case/Ingersoll forum and look for my thread on the Little G Expo show there are some posted in there.
What kind of tractor? I've seen a piece of channel ala Kbietz welded on the front with a trailer hub and spindle kit from Northern Hydraulics and others. The hub is bolted to the channel with the spindle free to turn.
Anyone have any input of pics they would like to share?
