This new engine will be used in the 8030 series tractors for more power and less emmissions:

And this is the tractor that will use the new engine. A lot bigger than my garden tractor, but I suspect folks that buy these have a REALLY big garden ROF

Wow! The article states that the 275 PTO hp tractor is the most powerful row tractor ever produced for the agricultural industry. I'll bet there's not much that would stop it.

Case IH has the next generation of MX magnum tractors coming out this fall, with ironically...a 9.0L CDC/Cummins engine.
Sad that you can buy a 9120 or STX 275 with about the same power 25 grand cheaper and get alot more power to the ground.

If you are curious as to the CID conversion, multiply Liters X 61.25= CID
9LX61.25=551.25 CID!
