Well, I did my first oil change yesterday (5hrs.) :bannana: . The hard part was finding the plastic drain tube that came with the tractor. In fact I couldn't find it. But once I got a new one from the dealer everything was a go. I was surprised how easy it actually was. So far I have no real complaints with my Husqvarna. The cut is good. I'm getting better at the Hand operated hydro. It's a little slow in reverse and it takes a 40 acre field to turn around to the right but no big problem with that. I just mow so I mostly turn to the left and I don't have to use reverse that much anyways. The grounds been so dry here and we have sandy soil. It sure does stir up some dust.

Good looking lawn tractor Marty ,
maybe you should cotact your dealer about the steering , its a simple thing to adjust to center. I like that front bumper .
Looking Gooood !!! :fing32:

Your steering is ok. The reason it turns wider to the right than it does to the left is because if you could turn tightly to the right you would be likely to turn into something and rip off or damge the discharge chute.
Nice looking tractor. Where is Yale, VA?

Thank's Ed and Drbailey. Yale is around 50miles or so south of Richmond, VA. Not too far from Petersburg, va. And I may be a little late Ed, But Happy Birthday :trink39:

Also the tight left turns allow you to get the trimming edge of the deck real close to trees etc. The blades are just about at the edge of the deck on the left side so be extra careful abut how close you come to things. The right side is far more forgiving, as long as you don't catch the shield on something like ED said.

Speaking of oil changes, the first no the second time. I couldn't find the tube either. The instructions in my manuel don't look anything like whats on the engine. They must be for the B&S. I have the Kawasaki. I use a two # coffee can that seems to work all right but it could be better. They must recruit engs. from the funny farm. I take that back even a mentally challenged slob could get it better.
Sears called and my front bucket came in so it's back to MI. next week to rig it up, hope it fits. I took some pics of the toys as soon as I figure out how to load them I'll post them. The Husky has 75hrs. on it, I guess it's ready for another change. There has to be another way.
