Even with the wheels at lock, (either left or right), I am still able to turn the wheel seems a little firmer but still turns...
being dis-able its hard to me to "tear down to look"....have you or anybody else gotta some ideas....I also posted this under C Cadet Forum, got some replies but need to know what I might be looking for????
