Allis Model C for $1700 what to y'all think?

Engine was rebuilt 15 hours ago, has an electrical system that has be up dated to 12 volts! It also has a hydraulic pump but no 3 point.

It will need tires next year, narrow frontend (I preferred wide, but I have never actually used a tractor with a narrow frontend).

Needs paint and tins are streight!
