I was given part of a old murray tractor cause I thought I might be able to use the rear.
I was trying to ID it but I have found nothing.
The model number for tractor is 9-4166
so far I dont see one on the rear

trying to get more info on the rear, like does it have low range and such, here are 2 pics of rear, looks alot like the John Deere units I thought.

If anyone has any thoughts please let me know.

Thanks

Must be REAL old. That looks like it's built to last ;)

Thanks Daniel

Yep, looks just like the rear under your unit.
I wanted something with a really low 1st gear too :-)
Thank you
