Picked this out of a dumpster. It has a 24/36 volt GE DC 2hp motor. It came from under a Taylor-Dunn 3 wheel cart.

I was able to acquire the rest of the wiring, charger and components for the Taylor-dunn minus frame and no batteries, at no cost.

they don't go fast like top speed 15 or less.
I would use this for tow trailers like tugger tractor.

One of the good things is the 4 1/2" x5 bolt pattern.

Great score Cleatus!..my brother gave me a Taylor-Dunn 3 wheeled warehouse cart an order picker would ride, from the warehouse he worked at when they decided to scrap it--but mine had a 12/24V motor also a GE,that was only 1/3 HP,if I remember right,a permanent magnet one..
It was mounted on the FRONT wheel, and had a v-belt off the motor going to a pulley with a sprocket welded right onto it on a idler bolt, then chain drive to the front wheels..I saved the motor and drive setup, but stupidly decided to scrap the cart ,and I gave away the 24V charger to a friend..wish I'd kept the front "fork" and bearings now,and the front rims & sprocket..would have been perfect for a 3 wheeler project I've been wanting to make using an old transaxle & engines I have collecting dust..
Bet that 2 HP motor NEEDS the 2 v-belts,mine would scrub the front tires with a full charge in the batteries easily!..lots of torque in a dinky electric motor compared to a gas engine..
