Some of you may have seen my post (actually hijacked a bit of Mow's rotary cutter post) where I mentioned the replacement for the 2210 was going to be the 2305. Well more details are in. First the pricing is about ~ $150 less dealer cost. That means dealers should be able to offer the 2305 with the 200CX loader (which is more expensive than the 210) for about a wash. The JD configurator is up and running, and for example, a 2305 with a 62C MMM and INDEPENDENT lift, and a 200CX loader comes out at $15,769 MSRP. I and a few others have been talking about the different loaders, and are coming to the conclusion that the 210 is more capable -- why Deere would do this, we can't figure out. The 200CX sticks out about 12" further than the 210 -- already this has to decrease lifting capacity -- and the ratings reflect this as they are about 60 - 80 lbs less.

Here's another pic of the new bad baby Deere!

Last I checked with my dealer, the 2210 with loader and 62" was around $12,200 drive out

JDKM,

That price I mentioned was MSRP. Depending on the circumstances, region, and probably a bunch of other variables, you should expect to get 15-20% off of that. I just mentioned the MSRP because no one has seen one of these yet.

Cheers

Has anybody found any pics of the dash and cockpit area. It would be nice if they put in temperature gauge.

I like the idea of the dipstick being accessible without having to open the hood.

For me personally I will always take stronger hydrolics over visability enhancements. I hear changes coming to the 4110-4115 line as well, and if the loader is any weaker than the current 410, then they can keep the whole package, it serves no purpose....
What were they thinking? thats a huge step backwards IMO

I agree about the hydraulics. However since the 2210 is small and should be used for smaller tasks, it would not be a deal breaker if I were to lose my head and go from my 2210 to the 2305. I guess it depends on what exactly you are going to use it for. Still kinda sux though!
