This is one of two that are coming up for auction. They are both new. I didn't know there was a McCormick tractor being made now. The model # is L105.

The L105 is the number on the loader. The tractor is a C36, 39hp, made in Korea. I stopped at the dealer that has them at the auction. The list price is $18,999 for the one on the lot. I didn't mention the ones at the auction.

One of the dealerships we deal with tried carrying them for a while but when he
got rid of them he didn't have much to say about it. He mumbled something
about he hoped he never seen another one.

Not a bad looking tractor but I would be afraid of parts supply.

I've looked at 'em (at the fair) and they looked nice. I don't know how they are quality and/or parts availability-wise, though...

Landini bought the McCormick name from CNH global at the time of the merger, along with the IH C series line so the new company would comply with monopoly laws. Since the purchase the tractors have been changed a fair amount. This compact series would be built by someone else and sold under the McCormick name like most all the other "Big 4" US tractor makers compact tractors.

It sold for $16,650, $349 less than the $16,999 the dealer said with a $2,000 discount.

:) LOL, my grandfather always said that the experience it had must be worth something to the bidder.
