Not quite the dog paddle

This is a video of my goofy dog - Blu (13 months old) i took him to camp last week.. he learned to swim... sort of.. ROF


I think he needs to see another dog do it so he gets a clue how to do it

Not a natural I guess, some dogs are just natural, some arent.....My Lab just went in one day while he was a young pup, looked smooth and confident from day one. Mastiff well, he cant swim.....You boy looks cute however :)

my other dog does not really swim.. unless id toss her off the boat...


blu really loved the water.. just swam like a tard...


id play fetch with him on all the different islands and from the camps shore..


he did actually get better.. i threw him off the boat a few times and he did a proper dog paddle.. then he would revert to the 'dog swat'
