Hi--I got him from a breeder in Alaska--I had another one for fifteen years, that came from texas--the best part for me -is they don;t cause my eyes to itch--non allergenic---they also DO NOT SHED--can be trained -not only to use the box--but can really be trained---Gimmers know about a dozen words, and can roll over on command--fetch--and some other things like jump up into your arms on command, only---and they are warmer than normal by about 1 and 1/2 degrees--nice for the wife in the winter, they will wear you out playing with them-
thanks d,j,

Thanks for the info (sorry it took me so long to post a reply as I was super busy this week) That's is a problem for a few of us, as I cannot have a cat inside the house. My eyes water and I get a rash from most cats, dogs no problem at all but to have a inside cat just cannot be done. We do have a barn cat that stays outside (was a feral cat that was on our property and she sort of adopted us) but I have provided a safe place for in the garage and she is happy there and is always during the day on the front porch waiting for her food. She once in while goes missing for a few hours but generally is out in the pasture hunting for mice.
