Hello everyone !
Thank you for the warm welcome.
I look forward to answering any questions you may have about lubricants, filtration, and oil analysis.
Another feature of my web site that many of you may find useful is the oil selection & filter lookup guide. This guide allows you to look up any automobile or light truck fluid capacities, including coolant, engine oil, transfer case ,transmission, differentials, all filters, including cabin air filters, trico wiper blade numbers and ngk spark plugs. It can be printed off for each vehicle, so when you need this info you dont have to pull your hair out trying to find it in the owners manual.
It is an awesome tool !
Thank you !
I look forward to serving you !

Don I saw a JD tractor today on ebay with an amsoil cooler and folter system mounted on the engine. is that something amsoil sells, or was it just the filter that I saw which you guys put out. I wasnt thinking for me as much as someone out there who might want to know you guys sell more than just oil...

Oh and I posted a link to that tractor on this weeks Ebay listing thread on MTF

Hello Edward !
Amsoil doesn't sell coolers, but they do make bypass filtration systems. I have installed at least 50 of these systems on a wide range of equipment from automobiles & light trucks to farm tractors, semi tractors and heavy equipment. Believe it or not I have even sold one to an amishman.
I recently sampled oil from a john deere diesel engine that I installed a bypass system on, we sample the oil every 200 to 300 hours and change full flow and bypass filters once a year. The oil currently has 1600 hours on it with very minimal wear, the oil analysis shows the oil is suitable for continued use. Superior lubrication combined with superior filtration significantly extends engine life, and the service life of the oil, greatly reducing cost per hour/ cost per mile.
Thank you !
Have a great day !

Thanks for sponsoring, Don. I am also an Amsoil user, for several years.

I will be talking to you in the future, as I would like to become a dealer in the future, maybe on a limited basis, at first as I try to ease toward retirement...

Maybe get your side of the story/bounce some ideas around.....:thanku:

Thanks -again!!

But, I have a feeling it is going to be a very good investment as a dealer with the prices of petrol and the idea people have of trying to wean of oil.
It might be a real good time to invest in it as a seller.

Hi. I have all old garden tractors, I do use a few of them in cold weather. The newest one is a WH D160 Twin 16 engine year 1980. Most of the tractors are
60,s and 70,s. 6 to 12 HP cast engines. What would be the best oil for me to use to protect these old engines?? I am very confused on oil.
Thank you very much Paul
