Ive got a Case 1130 that the hydraulics work fine, no leak down or anything, however it seems that they have beed "set" TO ONLY GO SO HIGH, WHICH ISN'T HIGH enough to do much except use the finish mower that I use with it. Any help would be appreciated with this problem since I would rally like to use the post hole Auger Ihave for a 3pt instead of actually digging holes by hand. Also the manual adjustment by the lever is set to let it go all the way up so to speak.

Wow... That's a new one (on me, anyway)...
I'm not personally familar with that 1130, but... I know that on my 8N (and 860) the upper lift arms are splined. If you were to take the lift arms off... you could (theoretically, anyway) rotate them up, a bit, the put them back on. Could that help you any?
I know that some smaller tractors (typically Cat0 tractors... not Cat1) have a lift that won't raise enough for things like an auger, but... I'd think that an 1130 should handle one...

I got it figured out, or actually a friend of mine helped me. I thought about doing the same thing with the lift arms, but it was like the hydraulics were limiting out, and as it turns out on the right hand side of the arms there is a marriage block there that is threaded with a nut that is actually an adjustment , so all you have to do is take the retaining clip off , pop the marriage block off then adjust it out, which allows the hydraulics to be adjusted to lift higher.
