Your tractor is a gilson built machine from around mid 1960's to early 1970's
It could have been sold under the mongomery wards brand name also. It should have a briggs engine on it. If you find the engine numbers on the shroud the first 2 numbers of the third set of numbers will give you the year the engine was built.

My Wards squire 16 is the same basic tractor. Gilson made.
Same paint scheme but mine is MW puke yellow where yours is orange.

Mine must be newer, it has a regular starter on it.

My later one has your fenders, but with added extensions that cover the tires. It also has very flat footrests that you can't actually rest your foot on comfortably and are way to high.
Also factory bug eyed headlights and a non factory brush painted red custom paint job that fortunately seems to be falling off nicely.
It has a 4 speed plus varidrive that is stuck. The wooden handle won't budge. I'll need it when I restore it and its rototiller someday.

Thanks for the input, everyone. I'm trying to ID this for a woman who's brother passed away, and had a yard full of older GT's layin' around. She is
trying to sell them off....
Looks like a Gilson S10 to me...
