Judging by the lack of posts here the Kioti must not be well represented. I did a search for this model as well and bellied up - even TractorData.com was without a reference. There is one sitting along the road nearby, for sale, and looking a lot like a Kubota. I haven't stopped to kick the tires or to investigate so advance apologies for being lazy.

TIA,
Chiz

Did you get these numbers off the loader arms?
Sounds more to me like a Kioti loader # than a machine model #

I just may have mistakenly done that DK... I don't get by that way but once a week so I'll have to check back. It might well be the reason that I didn't find it listed on TractorData. Thanks for the heads up!

I got by the tractor and you're exactly right about the number being from the loader. The tractor is a LB 1914 which appears to have been manufactured in 1997, per www.tractordata.com (http://www.tractordata.com) . If the hour meter is correct it has 347 hours on it. I don't know where a dealer is as yet but does anyone have a ballpark estimate on this model? Other than the fading paint it looks solid with no signs of bad leaks or any attempts to clean it up.
TIA,
Chiz

The LB1914 was an awsome machine in its time it has been replaced by the CK20
That machine should sell for around $6,500 - $7,500 depending on it looks and function.
I have one listed in my used equipment on my web page.
Parts are no problem and dealer support is not an issue either.
If you need any specs I can provide you with them.
19.5hp
3 cylinder Daedong diesel
4 wd
high/low range
8x8 shuttle shift trans
posi rear diff lock
power steering
cat 1 3 point hitch
You can also put a subframe mounted backhoe on it

Very tough, straight forward tractor. Not too many bells and whistles to break. Kioti had a special on them about a year or so ago. You could buy one new, with the FEL for $9999. 347 hours is not much at all. I'm sure Wallace can hook you up with anything you might need for that tractor.

Well, Rick, from looking at the pics this one looks to be in about the same condition as yours but without the hoe. Something that disturbs me about it is that there is no ROPS on it. That would have to be put on and if I recall from a search for a ROPS for a friends Yanmar they run in the $650 neighborhood. I can't ever find a guy home where this one is sitting. Thanks for the help, folks. Much appreciated.

When I was shopping tractors a couple of years ago, the Kubota dealer I ended up buying from told me that some years back Kioti branched off from the Kubota product line. I don't remember the details, but the message was that those early Kioti's were essentially Kubota designs ... the dealer recommended the used ones highly.
