Hi, Guy's;

I almost have the tractor apart for the cleaning and rebuliding process. The biggest problem I'm having so far is removing the steering wheel. If anybody has a trick or something I would appreciate it. Also I was wondering what paint color in a rust paint would be the best match for the red and grey.

I would think a steering wheel puller would work. Most parts stores have one.

Thanks, Jazzyjeff. I will try to get one today, It probally has better puller fingers than the general purpose puller that I'm using.

I had to use a bearing puller adopter to get the steering wheel loose on my MF10 after I'd soaked it for a week with penatrating oil. It squeezed the bottom of the wheel some but it straightened back up on its own. Mine had sat outside for 6 months and no center cover on the steering wheel.

I used a bearing adapter and a big 2 jaw puller with lots of soaking.My MF12 had set out 3years + with no center cover.Some days you get lucky.
