I have a Lenar tractor that overheats everytime I use it the service man has not been able to fix it. Has anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it?

Welcome to MTF txcobo!
Bunch of questions to help us attack this problem:
How many hours on your tractor?
Tractors are tractors regardless of brand. I need to ask what you were doing when it first started overheating?
Often fine chaff from brush-hogging can clog the radiator fins....can you see through the radiator with a flash light?
Your tractor should be equipped with a recovery tank...does it boil over or is there an absence of coolant when it cools down after shut down?
Is there any free play if you reach in (tractor shut off of course) and wiggle the fan blades, pulley or belt at the water pump - and are there any signs of coolant weep or drip anywhere on the block?
Is your model equipped with a thermostat?
Has the color of your exhaust changed since the over heat problem started?
And finally a suggestion that may detect a cracked head or blown head gasket... When you first start the tractor cold, remove the radiator cap, and watch closely for water pump circulation, and very important, small bubbles in your coolant. Also check for coolant contamination in the crank case, and diesel slobber (wet, runny exhaust) from you exhaust stack.
If you can fill in some of the blanks we may be able to assist you further. Again welcome and glad to have you here.

To answer your questions
The tractor has 144 hours on it
Frist time I used it was shreding pasture and had been in pastuer about 45 minutes when it overheated.
Have had the radiator out of it and took it to radiator shop They found nothing either inside it or in cooling fins.
It does not have a recovery tank but when it shows hot it is blowing water out overflow.
There is not any freeplay on fan which is mounted on waterpump and no coolent anywhere that I can see.
It has a 2 stage thermostat in it Has been checked and is working correctly
There is no signs of water in the oil. Took it to tractor mechanic and he said head gasket is ok and no signs of cracked head or block.

I have since searched and discovered a variety of overheating problems with Chinese tractors. Some of the more common issues owners addressed are:
*Faulty and poorly engineered factory thermostats which have been replaced with 180° Stant brand.
*Improper or poor alignment of the factory fan shroud where open or exposed areas create loss of suction from the radiator fan.
*Reducing the viscosity of the antifreeze from 50/50 to 30/70 (70% water or water wetter).
*Flushing the engine block and radiator with flush chemicals as the factory coolant brakes down within the first 50 hours of operation (and all the factory fluids are sub-standard to America's stringent requirements - coolant, hydraulic fluids, differential and engine oils).
*And one additional modification from an owner who experienced overheating and also under heating (in winter) as shown in this attachment:
