Having a ball with my recent acquisition but I have several questions that are not specifically addressed in the "operators manual". How does the UFO function and what are the descriptions of the joystick and two selector dials?

I had the opportunity to stop at Fredericks Equipment in Harselle, Al. last Monday. Purchased a ROPS and operators manual. ROPS is great, manual is almost helpful. If you want to go to Yanmar heaven, stop by there. Great facility and Yanmars, Yanmars, and more Yanmars. They seem to be a great resource for equipment, and were very helpful.

Know what you mean about lack of info on these controls.

As for the UFO control. The joystick controls the tilt of the 3pt hitch by adj the right link via the hyd cyl. The only thing Iv've found out about the knob controls is, if there is an sensor attached to the right link cyl and the left knob is rotated CCW, when the 3pt lift control is pulled back all the way, it will adj the right link so the 3pt is level.

These controls are intended to keep a tiller at constant depth and level which is important in the rice paddies where these tractors spend most of their time. Not sure what the right knob does.
