Here's a pic of my "new to me" 1970 Wheel Horse GT-14. Hydrostatic rear axle. Hydraulic cat0 3 point hitch. Electric clutch. 14hp Kohler.

Notice in this pic, the center link is missing. All I got for my money is what you see... no deck or implements. Starts and runs like new, kept in a tractor shed. No smoke or knocks. Minor headlight wiring issue, which I will soon attend to. Tires are poor, I intend to replace the rears with ags. Will soon begin looking for catagory 0 implements. :eck34:

Thanks Bernie!, yup, picked it up at the show in PA. The trip home (I live in Mich) was a real pain. 3 tractors crammed in a space only big enough for 2. Gonna try to get a bigger trailer for next year.

Wow, that is nice. And it brought you all the way up to 1970. Getting into the late model stuff!

Oh yeah! It's got "step over" seating, factory delete cup holder, and the ever popular non-PC cigarette lighter! ROF Seriously though, in deference to our GW brethern, it *will* pull a cart! ROF

3 point hitches are unheard of over here on small tractors, but I want to make one for the Comando. The one on the pic comes up on the Toro parts CD, but everything is shown as obsolete.
Any chance of some close up photos, as parts drawing is unclear on how it all fits to the tractor, especially the attachment for the lower links.

Really nice tractor! Any guesses as to what the muffler was originally for? And have you gotten any 3 point implements yet? I got a Brinly moldboard plow earlier this year for my integral hitch, and have seen a lot of 3 point plows on Ebay.
Simon,
I'll try to get you some generic info on catagory "0" 3 point hitches as far as dimensions between the side lift bars, etc. I'm more familiar with old vintage Deeres, but the "business end" of these hitches is standard. It's the pivot points and lifting mechanism that changes from tractor model to tractor model.

Simon,
Here is a pic of an assembled Deere catagory "0" 3 point hitch to give you a general reference (sorry I don't have Wheelhorse stuff) and some dimensions:
Cat.0
Max Lower hitch point spread 20"
Mast height from lower pins to upper pin 12"

Thanks for the pic :fing32:
Now if only I could find a unit like that over here, I could sonn adapt it to fit the horse

Have you considered a sleeve hitch? They are much more common here in the 'States, and have almost the same capabilities and choices of implements.

I have the same one but mine doesn't look like yours. I have an old deck and a great tiller that I have got a lot of use out of. I guess I'll put mine in the for sale section soon.
