Hello
My little baby is sick!!!
I have a Kubota B7500 HST bought in Feb. of 2001 with about 250 hours on it. About a month ago I started getting a strange noise from the front under belly of the tractor when it is put into four wheel drive. It sounds like a bearing whine or a gear whine and it is quit loud.
I did change the gear oil in the front end and it seem to help a little.
Can anyone give me any input on this matter.

Thanks Wolfgang

Try cleaning the Hydro oil screen if it has, unless you are sure noise is from Gearcase where the GL5 goes.

Paul,

Did you ever figure out what was going on with this?

Sounds like the screen thing might be a good place to start. Whining is usually starving for oil.
