I'm glad to see someone still doing hayrides.Nice way for family and friends to get together for a evening.

I almost was able to host one myself this year but got called away for work.

Up here we have donuts, apple cider and sometimes the adults may have a beverage of their choice for those cold autumm nights.

So far this will be uh.. the 4th year of doing the hay rides. 1st year was with my 8n.. 2nd year with my NAA.. 3rd and this year with my 5000.

Well you know we all like N pics !!! at the end of the ride , did y`all cook hot dogs over a open fire and drink hot chocolate ? :thThumbsU

Actually before the ride, we had soft drinks and snacks as people had just gotten off work ( vegi tray, cookeis / cheese and crackers ). Afterwards we went to crackerbarrel which is just 5 minutes down the road from my farm.

We had wanted to make smores and do the weenie roast.. but i simply didn't have enough prep time.. also.. the hay ride occupants doubled in te last 2 days.. so everything was being 'vamped up' at the last minute.
