wow that is one amazing looking 1206! Go to the Red Power site and post it there. They will know if its too high a price. I could post it over there if you are truly interested in the tractor... Another thing to think about is think of the price of a new tractor this size- 112 HP is alot of money now days

At that price, I am not even remotely interested. If you want; you can post it over on Red Power but those guys probably already know about it and think the same thing. :hatsoff:

Starting bid of $15,000!!!!!! :omg: I'll bet his wife said, "Sell that thing on Ebay and get it out of here!", and this way he has complied but realizes it will most likely never sell at that price, and therefore, it is safe to keep. ROF

Beautiful tractor, and a nice job done on it! :fing32: For that tractor in that kind of shape, $15K isn't out of the way, but I wouldn't think it would go much more, he'd be better off to start around $12K and let it work it's way up. (He likely has about $15K into it by now,, maybe more!)

go price 115 horse tractor from any of the "big three" with similar equipment and see what you get. True, its not 'new' but it may as well be. Too bad someone wont offer me that kind of money for my 1566, they'd own one ;). I know where my uncles old 1206 is sitting and I have left word with the man that I'd like a shot at it if he decided to sell.
There are a few nitpickers on RPF...I wont mention any names as I dont think its necessary....I am sure you can figure it out already.
BTW farmallmaniac, Did I hear right about the new country group Van Zant or some thing like being somehow related to skynrd? Doesnt matter, I like their sound "help somebody" . Good stuff, glad to see theres more on country radio these days than wannabe popstars, because my area is poor for good rock stations.

As I suspected...........not one single bid. It sure is a nice looking condition machine and a workhorse tractor but just not worth that kind of money.
