Thanks for all the Moral Support and Positive Thinking during the Ebay process. It is in great shop it is partially restored, it only needs a couple of Nickle and Dime parts, but that always ends up being "Oh Crap that's $200 worth of nuts, bolts and springs!" when the register finally rings up.
Picture of HG (http://www.mytractorforum.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=12886)
This is suppose to be a 1940 model HG, it has the later Oliver OC-3 tins.
Thr original color is Cletrac Orange for the 1940 as y'all know it is Oliver Green. The is no real difference between the tin other than the chrome badge on the front with "Oliver" on it.
So I don't know what color I am going to paint it.
I plan to dust of the AutoCAD and design a bolt on 3 PT Hitch.

Can't wait for you to pick it up!! Like I said, they are great little tractors. Be careful...you'll get to believing that they can go almost anywhere (they pretty much can) but you'll end up pushing it a little too far and will get it stuck :omg: like my dad always did.ROF :fing20:
I think that's why he got the Oliver OC3. Whichever one he got stuck, he always had the other to pull it out.
Don't forget...:wwp: once you get it home!

Hey Wing,
If you need parts we got a guy right over the Pa line that has whatever you need. If he does'nt have it he knows where to get it. http://www.olivercletrac.com/

I have been wanting to clean it up; probably try later in the week!
It need a few thing before I run like to air filter canister and element.
I had a head and chest cold all last week and I am still feeling a little down, and outside temps are approaching 100º so I won't be working on anything yet. I have been getting photo equipment ready for the Texas Tractor Show in October. I haven't taken over 1000 pictures since Drill Team Competition at San Antonio in 1980 :fing32: ROF
I decided to take since don't know really anything about a crawler and I don't have any manuals yet. I am going to photo document the Cletrac!!

It takes about 45-90 seconds to resize and prep a photo to be uploaded on MTF. I scripted a program to cut the time down to 20 seconds.

I was told those are for pavement protectors, it keeps the tracks from digging deep into the pavement. These are in purty good shape, I also have come across on the internet where other have be replace with sawed up car tires.

I would not feel comfortable with that battery between my legs!!! :14_6_5:
If has a gravity fed fuel system, i would remove the inline fuel filter..But then again i would leave it if thats the only filter it has..(The Ford N has 3).

Wingnut--you keep showing pics of the tracks---getting me wonder--and you ask--do we see anything wrong?....About halfway up, supporting the top track--on modern dozers, it would be an idler pulley---is there supposed to be a pulley there to help support track, or in one other picture looks likes a flat bar of steel that it just slides over..Looks like the front sprocket is how you adjust the tracks-correct??
Inquiring minds need to know on a Labor Day... :fing20:

Good looking crawler Wing, like all the pics. I have been using a free program called pixresizer. Very fast and easy to use, Cut my time of resizing pics a bunch. Might give it a look. Good luck and keep the pics coming. :fing32:
