Pinkering Governor

Does anyone know where I can find a Pinkering governor for an old Eagle tractor? It has a solid cast cover that says Pinkering on the top. The top comes off and it's held on by two clips. The inside looks like the governors that are on steam engines. They have the two balls that spin. If anyone can point me to the right diection I would appreciate it very very much.
