I have a 1999 16.5HP mower w/ variable speed hydrostatic tranny (Model 13AN693G022)
Whenever I go up a slight rise in the yard, the mower slows considerably, w/o any change in RPM. It acts like the drive is slipping. Doesn't do it in reverse.
The belt & tensioner appear to be OK, but I am not sure.
Anyone have any insights?
