Value of a Ford 3000

Hey guys. I am looking at a Ford 3000 with 4500 hours. Very beat up, but runs fine. Pto works, comes with a box blade and 5ft bushhog. Implements may come separate. Could you guys give me an idea what would be a fair price and what to look out for? Who built it, when etc. I already read about the 2 speed clutch issue on another thread. Thank you.
