nope, just a car guy with too much time, and too much beer. had to pull the tran on sunday to remove the starter. now i either need to find another starter, or have this one welded back together (it broke off the tabs)

That's insane! How fast can it go?

stock gearing still, we tested it last year when it was only boosting 1.5 psi, and we got it going about 11 mph next to a car. not really fast, but kinda fun.

update on the mower though, i got the starter welded together, then installed it, and ran the mower for awhile. poured oil out the exhaust. figured out it was a kinked oil return line from me re-installing the motor. fixed that, took it up and down the street, then shut it off. took a look at the motor. and noticed the starter was hanging off again.

so now im back at stage 1 all over again with a busted starter.

Where did you get the turbo from. I am trying to find a supplier for my jd 2210 with 23 hp diesel.

the turbo is off a mitsubishi 3000GT twin turbo. i used the smaller of the two because of the motor size, after running this set up for 3 years, im slightly bored of it. and planning on going with something quite larger since the tractor has had no issues being boosted.
