before I go postal.Found out my tires werent loaded on top of all else that could and did go wrong with this deal. Called the shop this morning and talked to the salesman I delt with. Explained to him I was not happy with the way the deal went down.(dropped off late, empty of fuel,no swag) I ask him did you load my tires. He said he has to check with service on that and will get back to me and striaghten things out if they werent. Well I know they (tires) arent loaded by now. The man does not call back all day. I calls them after work and tell them I want to talk to the OWNER. Well he aint no weres to be found. YA RITE! The guy I'm talking to is from the service dept.He tells me he knows the tires didnt get loaded and was under the assumetion "I "was to bring the tractor back there!!!!! At this point I tellem I aint talking to NO ONE till I talk to the owner. So now it stands the MAN is going to call me at work tommorow. I am ready to tell them to take the tractor back and stick the deal up there noses.Witch is something I really do not want to do cuz I love the Buggy. So I ask yous guys.. do I stick it out and see if they can make good or throw in the towel???

:ditto: :chillpill Hang in there Scotty and see what the owner has to say at least. Things will look better after a night and you got some time to calm down about this. Hopefully he will get it worked out for ya :fing32:

Sounds like a lack of communication from the salesman to the service department. Getting it late in the day could be attributed to issues with other equipment deliveries that put the driver behind. Little fuel in it could be a new policy of the dealership with the rising cost of fuel.
If you are satisfied with the machine, then getting this other stuff resolved is just a few phone calls away and a lot of patience from you. Take a deep breath...all will turn out well.

I am glad to say that my experiances with my Cub dealer have been a textbook study
in how ANY business SHOULD run said business!
Give it some time Scotty it could be lack of communication and if they are a large volume
dealer sometimes you have to put up with some slight communication issues, it doesn't
make it right that I know, but it does happen.
I hope they step up to the plate and make it right by you. I know if my dealer was
going to fill my tires and they forgot, they would send a flatbed out and pick my machine
up and take it back to the shop to make it right. But they are also a family owned and
run small business that has been around for more than 50 years and they know they
have to work for your business.
On the other side of the spectrum the local Kubota dealer which is like the Walmart of
tractor dealers treated me terribly and I spent lots of money elsewhere.. But they are
so big and full of themselves I doubt they care..... NOT! :)

I sure hope tomorow brings better results. Like I said ,I really do not want to send it back. What little Ive used it I can tell its what I want.It really is the perfet size machine for my place.Big enough to handel the brawnny jobs yet tennder enough for the little jobs.( that sounds like a commercial jingel ?) :biglaugh: I got a total of 12 acres ,900 ft of stone drive way.(up hill)or (down hill) guess that depends on witch direction your headed HAHA About 2 acres of mowable land, forest ,swamp, back field that I want to turn into tree farm -ect. And the thing that burns my behind, is the salesman knows I am in the market for ALL the attachments and I told him by next year we be looking at buying a little cubby for wife. And the jerk still treats me this way. Thats a BAD way to do bussiness if ya ask me. Anywhoo- thankx for the :chillpill guys. get back to ya when I get more info.
What are your alternatives? Weigh those against the few problems you've had and see what the results look like.
Where's Neil at when ya need an opinion? ROF

Scotty,
What are you doing for a mower? 60" Rear? That's the route I went and damn I love
that thing! :)
Midmount wasn't an option with a backhoe.
I keep looking in the brocheur at all those nice implements.. I might pick up a three
point sprayer in the near future :)

Right, even with my decent Deere dealer, I take no chances and stop by every day and check things out prior to delivery. They get alot of units ready.

well, its a great 'buggy' no matter what the owner does or says... worst case, they fill the tires.. it will be a short delay, and you will still have your buggy....
id just have them make things right... and keep the machine:fing32:
