We are getting quite a few items listed here and I hope you all find what you need and sell what you have. To keep the forum manageable, I'm going to start deleting anything over 6 months old, because I'm gonna assume you either found it or sold it. So if you have posts here older than that and are still trying to find or sell the item, PLEASE feel free to bump 'em up. :fing32: Otherwise in a couple of weeks, I'm gonna tidy up a little to keep the ads current.

How about if we just post a reply to our ad that states that is was "Sold" or "Found" then when you see that you will know it's ok to delete it?
By the way no body is looking at my for sale ads so I quess you can delete them and I found a wood chipper so you can delete that also.

Excellent idea! Otherwise it's up to my ability to read minds, and I'm not that good at it. ROF

Hello Joe and Forum.
Three Suggestions:
(1)
Encourage Members to be clear in the title of the thread what the thread is about, or what is being sold or sought. For example: FS: Post Hole Digger or WTB: Tiller for CUT
This would get around some posts' titles, which are too vague. Like for example: "Make me an offer."
(2)
Encourage Members to edit the title of the original post in the thread to indicate final status after completion. For example: "SOLD" or "SALE WITHDRAWN" This would also serve to "earmark" completed threads for removal by the administrator. (I assume that a Member cannot remove an entire thread when it is no longer relevant.)
(3)
Have Members indicate expected or desired price in the opening post of the thread.

What state its located in would be nice too,in the title, though I realize space is very limited ...it gets a bit aggravating to see a part or tractor you are interested in,only to find its thousands of miles away, after clicking on the ad!..
