front blade interchange

I have an early 80's lgt 145 and am wondering if a blade from a lgt 17h will fit? I know Ford used several manufacturers but don't know as to what years or models.Thanks in advance for any help! :fing32:

It won't fit unless you have the ability to do a complete rebuild. The LGT145 was built by Jacobsen and the LGT17H was built by Gilson. The mounting and lift system is completely different.

thanks for the reply. I knew ford changed manufacturers but I didn't know when or with what models.
