I have a customer abse of about 5,000 and around 4,000 different e-mail addresses suscribed to my mailing list. What would you guys think about me sending an e-mail saying something about this site and all the helpful information you can get? This is just an idea and if John want to put up a poll that would work also.

No brainer, i say go for it , but please explain it is a young site and we need people to post. We need a couple of more people with big mailing lists to help out. Thanks.

yes no need for a poll if you want to broadcast out our site.. as long as your customers dont take offense to it.. i say yeah.. go for it..

I think most of them would appreciate it considering if they ever need a question answered it could be posted here and most likely answered within the day. Does anyone have any suggestion or promotion that they would like it to say?

could you just say something like

www.Mytractorforum.com (http://www.Mytractorforum.com): A Members Forum
and place to talk tractors and more..
check them out to ask questions and share information...

i dunno.. does that sound too goofy?
