I had this made at work, out of 304 stainless steel. The unit mounts to the Power-Flow Bagger receiver bracket. Electrics are supplied via a new circuit that uses a 4-wire flat trailer plug out the back. A toggle switch was added to the dash to turn the pump "off" and "on". I modified the plumbing on the 15 gallon spot sprayer by adding a tee and a ball valve, along with a boom with two nozzles. To spot spray only (using the wand) I turn the ball valve to shut off supply to the nozzles. To allow boom spraying (and wand spraying) I turn the ball valve to supply the nozzles. What's nice about this setup, is I don't have a trailer towed behind, so backing up and getting into certain areas is much easier. Spray pattern is about 55" wide when the boom bracket is up full, about 32" when the boom bracket is down full.

nice setup..

stupid question:
what do you use the sprayer for? are you spraying pesticides? watering trees or liquid fertilizer?

i have trees i fertilize & water.. theres no water supply so i end up trailering 3 5 gallon buckets and making about 6 trips.. sort of a pain...

Hi SJ , I use mine for spraying weed and grass killer , I have a large section on Native rock on a hill side along my drive way. and other places That I dont want to mow . KILL it!!
It will work great for all the above , My sprayer is 4 or 5 years old , they pump a good volume

I designed this mount two years ago. The company I work at, allows employees to have parts made in the shop. Problem is, you sort of have to wait for scheduling to allow "government work" to enter into the system. The cost for materials was over $100, plus two large pizzas for the two departments in the shop that worked on this. So, I think I'll just post the drawings here. The only thing that that I had to modify from the drawings, is the cross hole for the lock pin that secures the mount to the 318's Power-Flow bracket receiver. The hole called out on the drawing is a bit too small.
