I can't get in under mytractorforum.com, i have to use the first url we had. I've located and talked to Ken N Tx and he says he can't get in either. So i sent him the old url and hopefully that will work for him. He says he has contacted DR. Bailey.

SJ is aware of it and contacting the needed people. Should be OK later on, but for now give everyone both addresses just in case.

Hey Ed! Love the avatar! My dad was in the Navy for about 18 years. I have a painting he made of the USS Macon which he was on, hanging in my dining room. The ship is almost in the same position as the one in your avatar.

Just for the hell of it - what is the old URL? And here's one better for you. What the hell is a URL anyway????? Not exactly a computer weenie here don't ya know!!!

Ed, A URL is an address to a specific web page or site. The weenie definition is URL Uniform Resource Locator = A standard way of specifying the location of an object, typically a web site. Example, your favorite http://www.ivillage.com/buzzingbloomers.htm

I don't know, but i was afraid he was gonna put a stop to it, but i noticed the posts were still up as of this morning. Maybe Spike has been away for a few days or something. Yea, i read he sold it and was just working for the new company until everything gets changed over. It looks like a lot of people from over there have registered here. Oh, and welcome freebird. :dancingpa

I can't even get into GW anymore. I noticed last night that I had been logged out and it wouldn't let me log back in. Now it seems that GW is down, I wonder if the women killed it. Leave it to a woman to ruin a good thing.

Thanks for the complement on my Avatar. She is the USS Henley (DD762) and was my first ship when I joined the U.S. Navy in 1965.

How in the hell did you get my first wife's permission to use her picture as your Avatar? Only difference is that her patch is on the other eye. She sure could cook but was lacking in -------- well, you get the idea. ROF
