What is it?

Sure it looks like a Hoe on a trailer.
What kind of Hoe is it
Its a old hoe
Its a used hoe
Its a hoe thats been around
This hoe did a lot of traveling when it was a younger

But don't call it a hoe!!!! What is it?

I will say its a slag shimmer.

Nope. Those are wider, this is only 5" across the face and it wasn't made for removing slag or dross.

Good Guess you know hoes but not this hoe ROF

Yes it was used for that on the MKT railroad it is called a Stoker (could be slang). It was used on a steam engine.

I know the one I have for tomorrow is going to be hard!!!!!

I have something a lot like that. It came with my old house. It was used to work the fire in the old coal heater. Also had a few others. Some pointed on the end, some hooked, and a few bent 90 deg on the end.

We don't have coal heaters down. My great grandfather worked 55 years for the MKT Railroad. I have lots of MKT stuff, Safe, caboose lamps, watches, silverware, and tools for locomotives.
