3 PH or sleeve hitch for Simplicity Legacy

I am interested in doing some light grading and want to add ground contact equipment to my Legacy. I'm thinking about a york rake and/or a pull-behind dozer blade. I need advice on a) what kind of hitch to pursue, and b) what actuator to use. My Legacy doesn't have the optional hydraulic pump. Am I stuck with the electric option? And, if so, what type of controls make sense?

check out the cat zero 3 point hitch it uses the same lift as the mower. it worls fine with my Legacy. Ithe part # is 1716411sm. or 1693572
